These terms cover your use of the Locally app and this website. By using Locally, you agree to them.

Using Locally

Locally shows you deals, events, and local business listings on Waiheke Island (and future localities as we launch them). You need to create an account to use most features. You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

Local verification and locals-only offers

Where Locally offers locals-only pricing or discounts, we may ask you to verify your address. Misrepresenting your local status to access these offers isn’t allowed, and we can suspend accounts that do.

Deals, events, and listings

Deals, events, and business listings are posted by the businesses themselves or curated by our team. Locally doesn’t guarantee the accuracy of any listing, and redeeming a deal or attending an event is between you and the business — we’re not a party to that transaction.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app — that includes trying to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with how it works, or using it to harass or harm others. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

No warranty

Locally is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as Locally grows. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
